I have instant respect for anyone that has ever worked in a restaurant kitchen for an extended period of time.

It’s a physically grueling thankless job.

Not everyone can do it.

You watch “The Bear” show? It really glamorized chefs/cooks. The truth is in between IMO. I liked it though. Worked in a kitchen for 3 hrs.. front of house abt 3 years.
