What are your notification settings set to?

As I was replying to the note, I received the notification. It took an 1h 15min for the notification to come though. On my phone, it’s just set to banners. They may be all tied together, but I’m referring to the bell icon in the lower right corner when looking at the App. I really don’t pay much attention to the push notifications on my phone.
I meant these settings 
My bad….here’s current setting. They seem to be a little quicker now so maybe it was just a relay issue. 
Is this comment notification delayed ?
No timing is great on this communication string.
