no, primal is not available in Canada as their wallet uses the company nostr:npub1ex7mdykw786qxvmtuls208uyxmn0hse95rfwsarvfde5yg6wy7jq6qvyt9 and Strike is not available in Canada.
your Canadian friends have many choices for Lightning wallets that won't be integrated into Primal, but work with any nostr client with a tiny bit of manual work. for example, getalby.com is fairly easy to setup.
