Agree. That could be simply a coefficient to boost the WoT score of a pubkey. Is the social graph that nostr:npub176p7sup477k5738qhxx0hk2n0cty2k5je5uvalzvkvwmw4tltmeqw7vgup is working at possibly related to it?
Need to get the data from somewhere, tho. Need to be able to label npubs.
