GN ...I have a wix website taking Fiat payments (the wix dashboard is plastered with propaganda and Ukraine flags 🤮)...I want to build a more sovereign website that can also accept Bitcoin ...would you recommend WordPress?

That really depends on your needs. I like digital ocean, hostgator and hostinguer
