Got any supplements or protein powders u recommend?

I only take pure zinc supplement and sometimes a composition of eye supplements (see photo). I get enough sun, so no D3 needed, and hope everything else I get from food.

Actually, I did not feel even any lack of calcium, but somehow remembered that some people eat quail eggshells and realised I may be missing out. Canned fish with bones may have helped a bit, but certainly I do not eat enough of it to get the needed calcium.

Andrew Tate once famously said the only supplements he takes are coffee and cigars 🙂. Who knows, maybe he is right. But I am quite certain that specifically zinc brought me out of all throat nose illnesses forever.
