At 7.5% shares held, Blackrock owns a a massive amount of Microsoft and . . . they voted “no”.

Same with Vanguard and State Street, who own as much of MicroStrategy. Curious huh?

They all voted no. The math proves it.

(or something very, VERY, fishy just occurred)

No, it's just why would they spoil their investment in MSTR with a macromove like MS? Especially when they're already covered with the ETFs too.

They've chosen MicroStrategy for this job. Whatever it turns out to be...

I’d want back up exposure in case Mike is actually bat shit insane. 🤣

Diversifying

They are delaying the inevitable.

Diversify

Clearly BR wants the bitcoin. They don't want MSFT to have it.

They need more time to stack, if Microsoft started stacking every other tech company would do the same

They know what it would do to the market, if they voted yes. They want more time to stack the cheap.

Someone needs to pass a law that only the beneficial owners of those Microsoft shares could cast vote giving them to black rock a fiduciary as votes as if they own it makes no sense

Same for vanguard
