When it comes to this topic a few permaculture principles come to mind that "no seed" does not fulfill, most importantly, integrate rather than segregate, and to a lesser degree, use and value diversity, design from patterns to details. Seeds are able to integrate while no seed is a segregation, because of the segregation, diversity (choice) is limited, likewise no seed is not able to follow to pattern of a seed phrase design forcing a whole reimagining of the system (unnecessary complexity vs improvement/iteration on existing patterns). I would say no seed is likely a short term solution that will be overshadowed by improvements in seed based wallet ux and seed management solutions.
