If you say to my face that poverty is a choice you are going to have a very different face afterwards.

It's not "choice" if a family doesn't have the money or knowledge to give their children good education. It's not "choice" if their children don't get any well-paid after they grew up with bad education. It's also not "choice" if they can't give any good education further down to their own children.
