I missed my oldest son's first steps because I was traveling for my old job

It may sound like a small milestone to some, but it made me swear never to miss another moment on account of a "boss"

So I built this account into a business, bought back time with my family...

And a few weeks ago, I held our second son's hand as he took his first steps
