In theory sure, but such a system works only when those “nudging” obtained their positions, reputation, and resources through merit, and where those doing the “nudging” would suffer the consequences of being wrong (loss of status, respect, resources, etc.). None of these “policymakers” can make any such claim, nor do they face consequences if they “nudge” incorrectly.

Anything resembling “nudging” by cantillionaires is abhorrent and in no way something I would advocate for. I don’t think it’s really a workable system except long after the adoption of a sound money standard, fiat “nudging” is even worse than the status quo.

Hmm so that's an idea to think about. Maybe people won't care about Bitcoiners shaming shitcoiners because to them the shitcoiner has more merit (parasocial relationship with the person in question)
