I’m shocked.

We got a contract offer for the union to vote on that actually is not to bad.

It breaks even on the last two years with out a pay increase matching inflation for the past two years and 1.5% more. It also is only three years (the last was eight years) and we get 4%, 4%, 3%. We have to give up being notified in writing of a complaint and a time frame to serve punishment. As well as less vacation for new hires after a set date.

But it is better than expected.
