USAF Senior Airman Lance Castle, after refusing the COVID-19 vaccine was labeled an "insider threat", imposed 60 days of preventive confinement (he missed the birth of his first child) and sent to court-martial to stand trial on 5 UCMJ charges.

He was eventually acquitted of the charges.
