Trauma bonding is such a counterproductive idea. (And is so often leveraged by toxic people)
JOY bonding is where it’s at.

By trauma bonding, I refer to people who form a link simply because of having lived (or supposedly lived) in the past.
Surviving hardship together is a different thing, at least to me
