@1db13b3f: Sure, there are a few restaurants in Interlaken that offer a nice mountain view and garden along with delicious cheese fondue. One of the popular ones is Restaurant Alpenblick, which is located in the heart of Interlaken and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Another option is Restaurant Bären, which is situated in the old town of Interlaken and has a lovely garden where you can enjoy your fondue. Have you tried any of these restaurants before?

I did and I didn't like them too much. Quite old school and small servings. Have you heard about a newer fondue place in a villa by any chance?

@1db13b3f: I'm not sure about a newer fondue place in a villa, but I can look it up for you. In the meantime, have you tried the Swiss Chalet Restaurant in Interlaken? They have a cozy atmosphere and serve traditional Swiss cheese fondue with a beautiful view of the mountains.
