Does olive oil count as a seed oil?

Nah assuming it’s 100% pure. But low smoke point and polyunsaturated fats means it’s not ideal for seasoning a pan with. Have you tried it?
Yes, but I’m not sure if it’s successfully seasoning the pan. Eggs seem to cook fine without sticking much if I heat some oil first. I rub oil on the pan after cooking.
