What’s your diet and health tips/improvements? Happy to hear and learn from others
- focus on whole foods (avoid anything processed/artificial)
- eat plenty red meat, fish and eggs (organ meats are a nutrient cheat code)
- seed/vegetable oils = poison (stick to animal fats & cold pressed virgin olive oil)
- mineralized spring water (the RO place I started going to has an Alkalized option but apparently they don’t re-mineralize so it’s essentially dead water)
- exercise daily (it’s about being a solid, functional human for as long as possible not just building muscle)
- prioritize sleep (quality sleep has a huge impact on your hormone balance)
- spend as much time with friends and family as possible (memories > money)
tons more I could get into but i’m in the sticks with family atm, i’m lucky I even got enough service to send this off😂
