she said we shouldn't be spending Bitcoin and she wants to pass a bill to make it easy to spend. Let me know if you need further explanation
I was under the impression she meant the US shouldn't spend it's reserves. Not that I should be taxed on my Bitcoin when I spend it. Those seem like two separate things to me.
