A strategic reserve that props up government budget and funding for social programs is a much more progressive idea and less libertarians/conservative

But why are so many on the right supportive of this compared to progressives?

Word- feels like basic tribalism. Can’t even hear the other tribe because they are evil, blah, blah - much of which is programmed and propaganda.
