A big part of that money went to the pocket of corrupted people who don’t care about Cuba’s freedom. Cuba is still in chains by communism because US elites, and some international organizations wanted that way. They keep feeding the dictatorship. They have been keeping them on life support all these years.
Just one more strategy to ask you for more taxes and divert them wherever they want
