We've been without running water for about 5 hours and counting. Apparently some work crew tore into a water line, and there's no estimate on how much longer we'll be without. We expect outages during the winter, but not so much in warmer weather. Luckily we have plenty of bottled water for drinking at least, but this has prompted me to think about storing more water for emergencies. You never know. #grownostr #homesteading #preparedness
