Relay sets specified in relay section with some crud?
Then can also just get notifications from those sets too?

I think the issue is on how to link the list choice and the relay choice. Does each list have their relays? Or maybe each list have relay list options? Or maybe the relay list is global and works for all lists?
Making that make sense in the UI is a challenge.
