The kea is a large parrot found in the South Island of New Zealand. It has mostly olive-green plumage with orange feathers on the undersides of its wings, but some of the outer wing are dull-blue.

Very cheeky birds. We have the Kaka up here on the north island. Brown but also with beautifully colored wings.
