i read this article, and i find myself asking, 'if the CIA was willing to do all these things, I wonder if they would be willing to develop a highly contagious, non-lethal virus, and release it in order to get real-time experiential data of how the world would respond to a viral bioweapon release?
the disturbing answer is, i dont actually know.
