It depends on who you follow mainly (and ability to ignore trends. I don't this by switching my Trending geography to a location other than mine, so even accidentally it's not shown).
My Twitter TL was full of generative art, poetry & local cinema posts. It was quite wholesome actually.
I only really used Twitter for bitcoin stuff pre-nostr so maybe I got in a bad circle haha
