Here in Japan kids are still wearing masks for the most part (only speaking for my vicinity). As far as I’m aware there are no requirements for masks.

Kindergarten is different, they stopped.

We made it through the entirety of COVID without masking our children once, but they were little so it was easier than having school aged kids.

A bunch of kids in my son’s kindergarten got Covid and also the neighbor kid. We got by though.

If you spend even a minute in any school setting you realize the worthlessness of any containment efforts.
