Leave it up to the client and consider the tagged users as in the image? Or were you thinking something more specific

Youād tap on the image and select someone from your follows. A label is added to the image with the name of the follow.
Cool yea - in terms of Nostr youāre saying itās added to the image as metadata or would have a new event tag
