IDR stands for Indonesian Rupee. I would add that the tax system for BTC is cumbersome (tax returns are required), and in Japan, after the Mt. Gox and Coincheck incidents, CEX is probably less trustworthy than existing financial institutions.

For most Japanese, purchasing power is out of sight. Must be paid attention to by government leaders if they have an agenda for purchasing power.
