I wish NZ banks offered mortgages fixed for the whole term. We can only fix for 5 years. I'm at 5.88% floating and it jumps by 3% next year to 8.88% after my special discount expires (if the OCR doesn't change).
in croatia currently banks don't offer anything other then fixed rate for the whole duration of mortgage
