yes many ppl after covid developed an overactive immune system and they reacted to more. carnivore bc it puts you in ketosis releases ketones which are powerful anti inflammatories. and can calm down an overactive immune system.

Wow I didn't know many ppl had that happen. I know I am. But just thought that's just my body, since I had issues before.

And I didn't know that's why ketosis work. Good to know.

I had multiple clients who had that happen and myself too. It was a process to heal from and ketosis was a v big help.
