Follow list should just work. Maybe do a backup first. https://metadata.nostr.com/
Relay setup is a bit different now, but your relays will work. If you have any questions once your setting up, just ask.
You can even run a local relay on your phone, compatible with Amethyst.

Just stay logged in to both if you have a worry. Amber is a new kind of nsec bunker to log in without nsec. Citrine is a relay you can run locally on your phone. There is a new outbox model you can use to set up your relays. Amethyst has drafts, which you can deny permission with Amber. There is an amazing amount of features including new DVM for discovery.
Citrine is nice for the drafts feature, they stay on your phone and don't get pushed to relays 👍
This is great info. The draft thing was annoying me. Could I please ask which event kind I should be denying permission for in Amber to stop these drafts happening? 🥰
