Careful which tools you use and what you tell it. My general use for AI is to solve math problems, and other more basic tasks than anything else. Such as Leo in Brave. I give it tasks that it is actually good at and that I wouldn't care leaking.
AI is also a broad term but the one that is causing the most stir are the browser integrated ones with a chat ability.
