Does coffee not? If so what else triggers them - does chocolate?
I like the taste of Yerba Mate, so its not that. No idea why it triggers them. Coffee does not. A guaranteed recipe for a migrane is to drink Sprite while I'm dehydrated
It has a bunch of chemicals in it that coffee doesn't so I'd look into it.
