So I've coin joined coins in wasabi but I want to store them on my ledger. Is that even possible without consolidating them into one address?

Yes. I forget what ledger calls it, but you can create multiple addresses. Wallets maybe.

I asked on the wasabi discord and they said that the derivation path for wasabi is too complex to natively store it on a ledger. So you are correct, I need to create a new account for each utxo and then transfer them.
