There are certain neighborhoods here where they lock up things like basic necessities but not in other neighborhoods. I'll let you guess at the disparity in those neighborhoods.

I thought that too my guy, but I saw this EVERYWHERE (ok well, Manhattan everywhere) last time I was in NYC. From Harlem all the way down to the Village.

I live in an affluent primarily white suburb. Lots of stuff locked up here too like deodorant and tampons...

Stuff isn’t locked up where I’m at but I do feel this slowly creeping in all over the place.

The problem isn't where I live... its certain towns around us and we are a target.

Louisiana is a long way from NYC. lol.
