I was stiff and sore so day. My normal walk was seriously slow.
I still did my 5x20 sets of kettlebell swings.

Keep it up Beave, your doing great. The soreness and stiffness will diminish in time. Stre-----‐--------tch and keep moving.
After my back surgery, my sister in law, a nurse, said to me " no matter what, keep moving" and that has stuck with me. Somedays, it's all I can do to get out of bed, but get out of bed I do.
That is sound advice. Thank you.
