The crazy part is that the new class will be proportionately the same as previous cycles, but that means the raw numbers will be larger. If you saw maybe 20 new faces at the meetup last cycle, imagine seeing 100 or 200. These people will set the culture. You will be the old fart in the corner. Treat them nicely. Teach them well. 
They will likely have disproportionately higher incomes and systemic influence than previous cycle classes.
They will be the ones who came from Wall Street and Politics.
This will be the class that truly has a foot in both systems.
We, of course, have folks like this already… but this class will likely be more so.
