TBH I think I feel better overall without #nicotine; less fight/flight activation.
The thing that keeps me coming back is that nicotine is a motility all star.
The delicious dopamine hit and buzzing high only lasts a week or so at low doses; after that you have to cycle off or increase dose.
Kind of a pain NGL.
