It should still allow you to transfer your BTC to another Coinbase acc via email of second acc even if it's too small to make an on chain transfer out of Coinbase

Well you just got some #btc but it left me with a $0.01 balance even though there is 0 BTC left. Those fucks.

Oh that's weird, I guess they should be able to close it if/when you contact their customer support.
