Or is that a nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 client side issue?

It’s a relay and client issues, mainly. Some relays may have your old profile still and some clients may have cached your old one too! 🐶🐾🫡

You do not control all the places your bio is stored.

Legacy bio data exists across many relays.
