Haha I found a few recipes for Kulolo.

They all look essentially the same.
Grated taro, brown sugar & coconut milk.
It's then combined & steamed for 5 hrs to 'melt' the oxalic acid crystals.
I'm just a little concerned about the amount of oxalates remaining. I guess it's not something that I plan to eat regularly.
