FAO: Bot maker people

Would it be possible to make some sort of bot that forwarded threads/discussions (to be reviewed by a human) of interesting/active discussions? Obviously would need to filter out spam, hellthreads and whatnot...

I'm sure there are lots I will never see, circles and topics I personally wouldn't have interest in and also potentially never see, but would be good to collect.

But yeah would like to partially automate something to add content to n/Discuss - a community to share (mostly under the radar) lively discussion and conversation ie, the stuff that is interesting but doesn't get z4pped, isn't made by the top followed posters or otherwise trending.

That bot spouts so much 'hUmOUroUS' rubbish, I couldn't possibly follow it. In fact I think I blocked it lol.

Ideally this bot I'm thinking of wouldn't be public even as it will probably detect a lot of crap.
