Oh yeah, definitely more ways.
I wouldn't want to try to compare it to an actual mexican recipe. Maybe I should have called it easy american enchilada sauce.
Mole rojo is a bit too sweet for me, but Enchiladas Verdes Suizaa is suuuper good.
Don't worry that's actually pretty nice that American version and very surprised that actually you know about it 🤙 btw you should try with mole verde that's my favorite since is not sweet as the other.
