#Genesis has filed a motion seeking court approval to sell its holdings in Grayscale trusts, including 30,905,782 GBTC shares for Gemini Earn users.

Proceeds will be distributed to users after confirming the bankruptcy plan. An expedited hearing is set for Feb 8th, 2024.
