Oh yea, last year we did 1k and sold out way to early. So we quadrupled the amount. Hoping to be ready for easter. Nature had other plans and kept it too cold. Now mothers day is in sight which we hope to sell out of.

Interesting. Do you grow then under tunnels?

Not yet, we tried a low tunnel last year & it blew down 3 times. Walk-in tunnels are on the list but irrigation is first. We are at a as fast as you can run pace now. Its fulfilling in ways I never imagined.
