I am furiated by all the politicians in Washington DC! Why can’t the #Democrats and the #President have a bloody #backbone? Stop being soft jellyfishs that just drift with the tides! We have the #constitution that the #Republicans claim they love and read, so use it! God damn it!

If Obstructionist Kevin McCarthy and all his #obstructionists Republicans made good on their promise to read the #constitution at the beginning of this year’s 118th Congress then they’d would have read the fourth clause of the #14thAmendment. They wouldn’t dare play chicken today because they would not want to compromise the full faith and credibility of the United States. But NOOOO!!! #Republicans and #Libertarians are being the terrorists that they are manufacturing this debt crisis, especially supporting a #sediticious act of #insurrection of the US government by following their pathological #lying #Trump leader and themselves perpetuating pervasive lies of the accounting of the US Government! They have spent well over a quarter of a year trying to repeal the will of the 2020 voters by clawing back the very agendas that the American People have voted for over the past few years! Elections are democratic NOT authoritarian by one party, the Republican Party! Yes, Republicans won the house by narrow margins in the last election but that does NOT mean that they can undo what the American People had already voted for in 2020 for the 117th Congress!!!!! The Republicans with McCarthy, won the 118th congress NOT the last 117th Congress, so they must only work on #present issues that we must deal with!!!!! NOT the past! The Current Republican Controlled House are being poor sports and NOT adhering to the Constitution and Bill of Rights! We need to implement a rule that if you are going to work in Congress then you have to follow the rules, kids!!!! That or you must be a credentialed BAR member of your state upholding the #RuleOfLaw!!!!! Furthermore a law stating that all budgets signed by the president that were approved by both houses must be implemented no matter if the obligations require the extension of America’s credit limit!!!!! STOP NEGOTIATING WITH #TERRORISTS!!!!! You’ve never seen Democrats hold the Debt ceiling hostage? Republicans have wasted so much #time and have not done a lick of spit of anything to help the American People!!!!! There are thousands of people dying from opioids and fentanyl in America and they refuse to do anything about that! We have an immigration problem and they refuse to work out an immigration bill! There are so many people who are poverish without homes and they are doing nothing about that! They expect the poor to have work requirements for welfare? What about the damn rich having public service requirements for the $7.8 Trillions of dollars that was added to the deficit for the 2017 Trump Tax Cuts?!!!! My god! How much stupidity is there in congress!!!!! I say that we ought to and we must collect all the #TaxCuts that we have given to the rich!!! Repeal all the tax cuts, god damn it! You want America to be Great Again just like the days after World War 2, then return to the 90% years!!! All of you scoundrels shmucks ought to be expelled & fined for the way you are behaving with the Public’s time and Tax dollars! We have plenty of problems but noooooo solutions from the Republicans!!!! They think redistribution of wealth from the poor will be a fair and balanced approach to prosperity in America, well you’re completely wrong!!!!! All you’re doing is catering to the Oligarchs that are pulling your strings to keep funding you to keep you in office so they can keep reaping from the middle and poor of their blood, sweat, tears and ultimately lives!!!!! Republicans greed is unconscionable and morally reprehensible!!!!! Get out of the way or I implore Joe Biden to inact the 14th Amendment to outlaw the Debt Ceiling forever! The Supreme Court has no say in a hostile republican Congress that wants to default the American deficit! It’s completely wrong to question our obligations to the world economy and that is what the debt ceiling has become ever since dumb Newt Gingrich started this ugly debate in Washington every time the Republicans get the house and it has to stop now!!!!! We can still debate future debt, but no more fighting over past obligations that the people have voted for!!!!! Additionally this law has already been around since the end of the civil war to prevent future civil wars and it gives constitutional rights of equality to the LGBTQIA community and to Women to have their own freedom of choice!!!! The 4th Amendment is protection of illegal search and seizure so people’s health care decisions are private decisions so stop it with the restrictions of their lawful rights to exist and lawful rights to choose for an abortions!!!!! There has been consistent progress in lawmaking over the years to give people more freedom for their rights so I CANNOT see how Judge Alito can just go against all the progressive laws that the United States have passed just because he says that abortions were not inherent in the original constitution!!!!! With more new knowledge and information comes laws that are afforded to the American people! Do you think that there was such a procedure as an abortion in 1791 when the final version of the Massachusetts Constitution was ratified? NOOOOOOOO!!!

Preamble:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a #more perfect #Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Fourteenth Amendment

Section 1

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Section 2

Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

Section 3

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Section 4

The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

Section 5

The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
