A “boomer call” is when you just pick up the phone and call someone without any prior organizing or messaging.

In my experience, it works surprisingly often and usually leads to great (and, by definition, unexpected) conversations!

Unless you’re in my contacts it leads straight to voicemail 🤣

Fair. But hopefully only people in your contacts have your number.

Unfortunately my number has likely been in some data leaks. I get a lot of spam/scam calls at certain times of the year. Especially around tax time.

Try calling a genZ 🤣🤣

I do my best not to. 😂

Really? I can’t answer unless we’ve made some type of plan lol. How do you do it Jeff?

By just picking up the phone! 😅

Yikes! Lol.

Is that like a meeting without cams on or scheduling?

Just audio usually. Old school.

Best paired with going on a walk.

Yes. There are a witheringly small number of people who will simply pick up the phone and make a call. And so it delivers outsized returns.

This isn't boomer behavior. It's just normal behavior...
