Wildly varies depending on subject studied. If economics then I would tend to agree. Not sure this is true for mathematics or Computer Science
My father has an advanced math degree, worked with numbers his whole life. Doesn’t understand bitcoin at all despite my attempts. But that could just be because he’s a boomer lol
Change is less welcomed with age that’s true. And also, boomers usually didn’t face much economic difficulties
