Some are as "difficult" as litterally stopping the bombing (somalia, yemen,etc.) or the delivery of U.S. bombs to stop genocide.
It would stop the conflicts within 24 hours.
It no longer matters how you try to explain it away. Trump is the chosen second hand car salesman in charge of lying to the public. There is too much money to be made using the military industrial complex, and the real power does not come from Trump, he's just what you get to see.
