🔰 PHASE 1 CHECKLIST – CRITICAL MATERIALS

✅ Copper Mesh Shielding

• 99.9% pure, 1/8” spacing – this is the real Faraday skin.

• Solder or tape all seams. No gaps. No luck. Just continuity.

✅ Conductive Tape (Copper Foil)

• Not all tape is created equal. Use adhesive-backed copper tape with conductive glue.

• Every joint, corner, vent seam = sealed.

✅ Grounding Strap (1.5” copper braid)

• Links the entire system to the Earth.

• Crimp, bolt, and use oxidation inhibitor. No floating cages.

✅ 8’ Copper-Clad Ground Rods (x2)

• Drive deep. Moist soil = better bleed-off.

• Bond rods together, then to your mesh.

✅ Rubber Floor Mat

• 0.5” non-conductive isolation.

• No adhesive. No grounding through your feet.

✅ Ferrite Cores (7–13mm)

• Snap on every power + data line crossing the boundary.

• Double loop where possible. Kill the RF bleed.

✅ (Optional) EMI Honeycomb Vents

• If you need airflow, do it right.

• Waveguide vents, metal-bonded, filtered.
